Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engagement

Profitech Intelligence Inc. provides strategic consulting and neural infrastructure architecting. By engaging with our services, you grant our systems the necessary permissions to interface with your data repositories for the purpose of technical analysis and model orchestration.

2. Subscription Model

Recurring service agreements are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle. Failure to settle outstanding invoices within 30 days of issuance will result in the suspension of neural infrastructure tokens and access to proprietary model layers.

3. Intellectual Property

Our consulting frameworks, custom vector scripts, and specialized SDKs are the property of Profitech Intelligence Inc. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these tools within their own organizational silos during the active subscription period.

4. Ethical AI Usage

We strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for the development of autonomous weapons, deepfake deception, or data scraping that violates individual privacy. Violation of our ethical neural protocols will lead to immediate and permanent termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Profitech Intelligence Inc. provides tools based on emerging models with inherent probabilistic behaviors. We do not assume liability for model hallucinations, token-based data costs, or unexpected decisioning outcomes resulting from foundational model updates.
