Enterprise AI · UAE

Enterprise AI for UAE companies, built into the work.

AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise search that run against your real data and systems, with UAE data protection and residency designed in.

What enterprise AI means here

Enterprise AI is AI built into an organization's own processes, data, and systems, with the security, governance, and support that production use requires. Profitech builds it for UAE and GCC organizations: AI agents that handle multi-step work, automation for document- and approval-heavy processes, and permission-aware search across internal knowledge.

Each system is integrated with the platforms you already run, evaluated before launch, red-teamed for AI-specific risks such as prompt injection and data leakage, and deployed in an environment that meets the applicable UAE data protection and residency requirements.

Governance in the UAE

Designed for UAE data rules from the plan.

  • Federal personal data law, and its exclusions

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) is the general federal law for personal data, but it excludes government data and entities, security and judicial data, health and banking data covered by their own legislation, and free zones with their own data protection law. Each AI use case is mapped to the data it touches, the applicable regime is confirmed with your legal counsel, and access, retention, and consent handling are designed around it.

  • DIFC and ADGM entities

Organizations in the financial free zones operate under their own frameworks — the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Which regime applies is confirmed per entity during the assessment, before any architecture is fixed.

  • Data residency

Where data has to stay in the country, systems are designed for in-country cloud regions or your own infrastructure, and model and vendor choices are made inside that constraint rather than checked against it afterwards.

  • Government and sector rules

Government, healthcare, and banking workloads are often governed by their own legislation and regulators rather than the PDPL. These are identified with your counsel and captured as constraints in the plan, so they shape the design instead of surfacing at go-live.

Profitech designs AI systems to meet these requirements alongside your legal and compliance teams. This is engineering and governance design, not legal advice.

Direct answers

Enterprise AI in the UAE, answered.

01

What is enterprise AI?

Enterprise AI is AI built into an organization's own processes, data, and systems — such as AI agents, workflow automation, and search over internal knowledge — with the access control, evaluation, monitoring, and support needed to run it in production. It differs from consumer AI tools in that it works on your data, inside your security boundary, with named owners.

02

Which enterprise AI use cases should a UAE company build first?

Usually the high-volume, rules-heavy work where the data already exists: document processing, approvals, internal knowledge questions, and customer or employee requests that follow known paths. The right first use case is the one with a measurable baseline, available data, and a clear owner — which is what the assessment identifies.

03

Can enterprise AI integrate with our existing ERP, CRM, and systems?

Yes. Integration with existing systems of record is the norm rather than the exception, and we flag it upfront if a rebuild genuinely makes more sense. Identity, permissions, and data controls from your existing platforms are carried into the AI system rather than bypassed.

04

Can enterprise AI systems work in Arabic?

Often, yes, but quality varies by model, dialect, and domain. Where Arabic matters, candidate models are evaluated on your own Arabic documents and conversations during the assessment, before one is chosen, so the decision rests on your content rather than a general benchmark.

05

How do you keep enterprise AI systems secure?

Access control, data classification, and residency are designed in during planning. Profitech also red-teams the systems it builds for prompt injection, data leakage through context, and over-permissioned agents, and sets up evaluation and monitoring so quality regressions surface before users find them.
