The challenge
FlexPlays needed a platform and a brand at the same time, with no existing design system or backend to build on. Most studios would split that into a branding phase and a separate dev phase, handed off cold.
Our approach
We ran brand identity, platform design, and backend architecture in parallel, from the same team, so the visual language and the product architecture were built to match from day one instead of reconciled after the fact.
What we shipped
